Common questions
Things buyers usually ask first.
01What's the typical lead time from brief to first ship?+
Sample is usually 14 days from a complete brief; production lead is 30 days from PO confirmation. Tariff routing through our Thailand base may add 7 days but reduces duties for EU and US shipments. Urgent timelines (under 30 days end-to-end) are possible for catalogue SKUs with stock tooling.
02What MOQ do you accept for OEM customization?+
For catalogue SKUs with logo & color customization, MOQ starts at 500 pieces. Custom tooling (new structure or PCBA) typically requires 1,000 pieces minimum on first order, 500 pcs reorders thereafter.
03Do you support Amazon FBA labelling and barcode setup?+
Yes. FNSKU labels, polybag suffocation warnings, master carton FBA labels and prep-to-spec are all supported. We also handle inserts and bundle SKU configurations.
04Which certifications do you provide reports for?+
Our CNAS-certified Ningbo lab issues reports for CE, EMC, RoHS, REACH, IPX4-IPX7 and battery transport (UN38.3). Third-party UL, GS, BSCI and SMETA reports can be coordinated with our partner labs - buyer covers fee.
05Can we visit the factory or send a third-party auditor?+
Yes, both Ningbo and Thailand bases welcome buyer visits and third-party audits (Bureau Veritas, SGS, Intertek, TUV). Schedule via Lily - usually two weeks notice. Virtual VR tour is also available before sample stage.
06What payment terms do you accept?+
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight accepted for orders above $30,000. Western Union and MoneyGram supported for samples and small orders.
