02How is the minimum order quantity confirmed?+
MOQ is confirmed for the selected platform, configuration and customization scope. Include your expected first order and annual volume in the brief so the team can review the proposal. The volume options in this form describe your requirement; they are not an MOQ offer.
03What should I send for retail or marketplace packaging?+
Share your channel's current packaging, labeling, barcode and carton requirements with the selected model and intended bundle. The project team can review the requested scope before packaging work is agreed.
04How do I request testing or compliance documents?+
Specify the model, configuration and destination market, then request the applicable documents and their scope. The company profile describes a CNAS-accredited laboratory; this does not establish that a particular model has every report or approval. Review available product-specific evidence before making a market claim.
05How can I arrange a factory visit or audit?+
Send the preferred base, dates, purpose and any audit requirements. The team will review availability and arrangements. The Thailand manufacturing campus is in Chonburi; Ningbo handles R&D, engineering and project coordination.
06When are payment and ownership terms agreed?+
Request the commercial proposal for your project. Payment schedule, sample charges, tooling ownership, confidentiality and use of design files should be reviewed in the relevant quotation and agreements before work is authorized.
